1.填寫入會申請表一份（可至學會網站asbprs.org下載）。

Please download and fill out the member application form, available from the official website <http://asbprs.org>.

 

2.繳交醫師證書、整形外科專科醫師證書、在職證明及推薦信一封

Please provide a copy of your physician certificate, board-certified plastic surgeon license, certificate of employment, and a recommendation letter.

 

3.請將上述資料email至asbprs@gmail.com。

4.經審核通過為普通會員或準會員後，通知繳納入會費及年費。

Upon review and acceptance as a standard member, or a prospective member, please kindly pay the membership fee and the annual fee accordingly.
